VRT Sync is a forward-thinking client on a greenfield initiative, building a powerful, fully integrated web platform designed to modernize property management and maintenance for HOA boards, property managers, contractors, and community members.

From day one, the goal was clear: streamline communication, enhance contractor accountability, and empower better decision-making using modern digital tools. With no existing system in place, we were responsible for the entire product build, and the development team worked together with design and QA to ensure the client's needs were met.

The base of the product is the dynamic mapping powered by QGIS, and the task management for property admins and contractors. The main goal is to offer full transparency for all stakeholders.

Here's what the platform delivers:

Task creating and management for contractors and maintenance teams.
Invoice tracking for a variety of service providers.
Reports generation to track the water usage, the irrigation system and the tree planting.

Throughout the project, we maintained a weekly QA cadence, allowing us to catch bugs early, adjust to new requirements quickly, and stay on track. We launched on time and without compromise code quality, thanks to:
